Fran continues her summer of success
Spurred on from a fantastic week in Glasgow, Fran went on to win 5 medals at this year's European Championships in Berlin this month.
Together with Chris Walker-Hebborn, Adam Peaty and Jemma Lowe she helped set a new World Record in the 4 x 100 Mixed Medley Relay with a time of 3.44.02 beating the previous record by more than two and a half seconds. Watch the race here.
Fran then collected her second gold in the 50m Backstroke,
Fran's 3rd Gold Medal came in the 50m Freestyle, followed by Bronze in the 4x100m Freestyle Medley and 50m Butterfly.
Fran wins 4 medals at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games
Fran had a fantastic week at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games in July, taking home 4 medals - 2 gold and 2 silver.

Fran wins Silver at the FINA World Swimming Championships (25m)
Fran was back on the podium this weekend, picking up silver in the 50m Freestyle in Istanbul.
This is her first competitive event after London 2012, and she admits that she lost a bit of confidence after failing to win a medal at the Olympics. But with her usual commitment, dedication and tenacity, she has begun a revised training regime with a new coach and has begun to enjoy her swimming again.

FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) - Istanbul, December 2012
Fran has returned to training to begin her preparations for the Fina World Short Course Swimming Championships in Istanbul, 12-16 December 2012.
This is a 5 day competition held every 2 years, where the world comes to witness record-breaking feats and action-packed races, with swimmers from all continents.
Fran's schedule of events is likely to include the 50m and 100m Freestyle, and the 50m and 100m Fly.
MONACO PROVIDES FRAN WITH 3 MEDALS
Fran went on from Canet to compete in the final Mare Nostrum meet in Monaco at the weekend, and won 3 medals.
Fran showed her fighting spirit is alive and well in the 100m Butterfly in a head-to-head with Katerine Savard of Canada. She pushed Savard all the way but eventually the gold eluded her and she took silver in 59.99.
Fran went on to strike gold in the 100m Freestyle with a time of 54.26, with fellow Loughborough team mate Amy Smith taking bronze.
A close battle followed in the 50m Freestyle with Therese Alshammer of Sweden. Fran won silver with a time of 24.92, just behind Therese's 24.76 time.
FRAN WINS 2 MEDALS
Fran has won two medals at the Mare Nostrum meet in Canet-en-Roussillon this week.
Fran achieved the first British medal of the day in the 50m freestyle, winning silver in 24.92secs behind Sweden's Therese Alshammer.
She then took bronze in the 100m butterfly in 58.97secs.
Fran will next compete in the Mare Nostrum meet at Monaco at the weekend 9th-10th June.
